This subway stole my money after the order was marked cancelled and never delivered. I called the store the same evening and spoke with the manager, who said they could not process a refund for my orders.
I am requesting a full refund of $18.92 to my original payment method.

Took more than thirty minutes to get food, ordered salads and one is a quarter of the way full but yet a salad is $12. Would need to order two to get an actual decent size salad. No one seemed to know what they were doing.

Stopped to get a sandwich today people were nice but the veggies were not fresh on the bar they all looked gross and looked like they had been there for a while

First visit to this Subway. Great food and service. They were very busy but remained calm. Will go back again.

Food was great,but it was too long of a wait getting the sandwiches. Not the girls fault they were working as hard and fast as they could,but they were very stressed. There were only two working. They had people inside, online orders, people calling in orders and people at the window screaming. I felt so bad for them. You really need more than two people working each shift. Personally if I had been either one of those girls trying their best apologizing to everyone. I'd have to just quit. I'm sure they don't get paid enough to put up with all the hassle.
