Yesterday evening I had placed an order through the Subway app, with this restaurant as the location. I ordered a meatball sub and it was free with the promotion going on, so I was excited about it. Placed a delivery order, because I was unable to drive there. When I received my order, it wasn’t my meatball sub but instead someone else’s order. 2 subs that I was not interested in eating. I called up there the next day, and was told since the delivery was done through DoorDash, there was nothing they could do about it. I’d plsced the order through the app and the delivery was powered through DoorDash, but I’m not sure how to go about a refund. The staff there should’ve made sure they were giving the correct order to the driver. They are at fault. Will not be eating at this Subway again and this is the second time I’ve had a bad experience with them.
