  So damn unprofessional. Stay lying about the smallest stuff and the same woman answer saying the same thing lying. They pick and choose who they want to work there not tripping…. Good luck

  I made an order online and they got it completely wrong. The order was simple, just a 15 piece meal with extra seasoning on the fries. How did that turn into no seasoning on the fries, no lemon pepper on half the wings, and I am missing a cup of ranch. I contacted corporate because i wanted my money back and will go to the restaurant in the morning (I work an overnight shift). I even tipped the staff just to make sure they got it correct. They got it extra wrong. I like wing stop but it is too hit and miss. Tonight it was a miss. I just want my money back.

  wingstop has really fell off… should be no way that every last one of my orders have been straight undercooked meat and HOURS OLD fries. after the raw chicken sandwich and the fries that were giving mashed potatoes i received on today i can confidently say i will no longer order from this franchise
