  Jaiden and Annie were a big help and very professional with printing program booklets for a family funeral. They were even kind enough to print extras with no added cost. We were able to go to the store just for pick up since Jaiden walked us through submitting everything necessary online.

  I know it can be hit or miss with a UPS store at times, but my trip today was definitely a hit! I’m not sure the names but the man with the dreads and the lady with the black bob were soooooo kind and helpful. I shipped something for a company I don’t work for, and when there was a chance I could get stuck with the bill, they helped me consolidate the boxes and pack everything into one box. In and out in about 7 mins.

  I had a very last-minute large print request, and the store staff (Annie) was extremely helpful and communicative. They came through on the exact timeline that they had planned, and our printed poster ended up winning an award! Thanks so much!

  The guys here were terrific. They helped me with getting the package sent and also gave me instructions on how to make sure it arrived so that I'm not liable for the return. Good people.
