    Both of the UPS stores (Chenal and Pleasant Ridge locations) near me have capable and competent associates. I am always well pleased with the service at either one when i go there.

    Today I had to return multiple items back to Dyson Corp. it was a very complicated return requiring the UPS employee to spend an exorbitant amount of time to resolve the issue. Caitlin was very patient and helpful, although the issue wasn’t resolved, she helped me carry the items back to my car!
