  Theresa was amazing and super helpful! She helped me carry my returns (I had TOO MANY of those to carry alone) she helped do my 8 returns in no time. She was so efficient and quick and so kind! Thank you so much Theresa for your excellent service :)

  I want to tell you about the wonderful experience I had at this UPS store in Chenal . I was greeted and told about other services when i was there. And at the end of the conversation I didn't even realize I was talking to the owner. Her name was Therese.. It's not often you see a owner or a manager working with the rest of the staff ....to me that shows dedication and teamwork.I wish most places were like that...
