  Ordered a meal for pick up today (5/24). The 6 inch Philly cheesesteak I ordered had about 5-6 pieces of steak on it and maybe two bell peppers. My husbands sandwich was supposed to be a chicken bacon ranch which also hardly had any chicken in it at all. We ordered online and when we got there, none of the drinks that were available online were actually in the store.

  The girl didn't listen to anything I said got my order wrong but I paid anyway. She seemed annoyed we interpreted her scrolling. 🙄

  Hard to get in and out of location due to traffic, service is less than stellar and food is mediocre...amazing how 2 miles up the road at the Ranch location it's a completely different experience ordering the same sandwich.

  I've been to the subway several times and the staff has always been somewhat robotic or rude with no interest in the customer other than to sell them a sandwich. The ingredients sometimes are not fresh. I asked for iced tea today at lunch time and I was told it takes too long to make. Really? I don't drink sugared drinks, so I went without the drink with the meal deal. FYI, they also do not serve the breakfast sandwiches past 11.
