  Don’t order from this restaurant they are a rip off and will not make your order correctly. The manager and the lady in there both are unprofessional and the worst service I’ve ever had they lost all of our business.

  A small town subway down the drain. The city of East end already has very minimal choices in eateries and this actually used to be one of my favorites. However, As of the Last year It would appear new management and employment has been brought in turning this place to a storefront dumpster fire. The bread is now almost always burnt, The cheese is not sliced into triangles and am getting whole slabs of cheese on my sandwich. They leave dirty knives here there and everywhere. The man working tonight didnt even wash his hands just cleaned his hands with a paper towel while the young lady stood there talking to every single "Girl friend" that walked in. Then also talking about employee terminations and employees coming back in front of customers. Fountain Drinks litterally taste like water. Chips look completely understocked and they never have the chips i want when I come in to this location. I would rather Drive further up arch street to a gas station subway than deal with this location. These concerns need to be addressed promptly.

  WOW! Fantastic, best-ever Subway experience! Five (count-em: 5!) years ago l pledged that I would never again set foot in this particular Subway shop even though it's right around the corner from our house. The Missus insisted, so off I went. Glad she insisted! Subway # 14200-0 on Arch Street in East End, Arkansas, transaction 1/A-496944. Great work, y’all!! 01/20/2026
