    The LADY that works the register with the black hair is not up to date on the promotions she does not honor the free Gatorade with sandwich and chips that is valid from 10/3-10/31 went in today and got a footlong with lays and a Gatorade the Gatorade should have been free there are signs all over this location, however she charged me as if it was a meal instead of giving me the Gatorade free then she proceeded to say it was free but when I showed her my receipt she proceeded to go to a corner by the drive thru window and called whom I’m assuming is her manager and then she came back and stated that the promotion is for online only even though the advertisement states the promotion is for in store as well as online. I will not return to this location.

    Worst Subway! I only started using this subway for the drive thru window when I have the kids with me. I call ahead to make things easier, but ordering at this location is like calling overseas tech support. Huge communication issues to start. Been there 3 times and recieved my order incorrectly twice despite repeating my order. In person is not any better, the window clerk looks like a dear caught in head lights when I'm talking to her. She had to grab someone else so I could ask for two straws because I'm guessing she did not understand what I was asking for. I normally don't leave reviews unless I'm greatly impressed multiple times with service or greatly disappointed with service and hope my review will cause the establishment to take actions to solve their obvious problems. Not a great first Google review Subway... I'll take an invite to return when your employee's can take an order properly.
