  Customer service was HORRIBLE! This makes the 2nd time I went to this store for family line and the employees just look at you. Stack and another guy did it today. I shouldn't have to speak I'm walking into the establishment. U lost major business today. Please train your employees to acknowledge customers or else this place will go down fast. Customer service is major.

  I received some really great customer service with Mirian at the Cricket store on stagecoach at otter Creek. Shopping for a new phone isn't one of my favorite things to do ! BUT ... Mirian was a total joy!!! From finding out what my phone needs were, to finding me exactly what I was looking for, in my new phone. She was very knowledgeable. She was very polite. Extremely customer oriented!! SHE EMBODIED GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE !! I told her what I was needing, what my expectations were and she delivered ! She knew her job and gave awesome customer service. Cricket needs to hold on to Mirian! Now days its becoming harder and harder to find Great customer service anywhere !! Mirian IS what great customer service is all about and should be! Thanks again Mirian !!! I WILL definitely be back when it's time for a new phone 👍💯

  Recently switched over, very quick and polite.. I think it was a worker named Reyna who helped me.. will definitely come in again for more accessories.
