  IF I COULD GIVE THIS STORE ZERO STARS I WOULD....Because of lack of organization, broken promises, unknowledgeable employees and the unwillingness to take ownership this store almost lost 7 plus accounts. Paris Cain was eager to get the sells but not willing to keep the business; when it came time to answer about billing she was no longer available to answer calls, emails or text messages and left my 7 plus accounts with no service. Alecia Williams portrayed that she was willing to take ownership of the situation but after an unprofessional conversation she stopped all communication leaving my accounts still disconnected. I wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone and almost wouldn’t recommend Cricket to anyone, but Senica Henry from North Hills Blvd store came through and took ownership for university store failure and saved the accounts.
