    I've been coming to this advance Auto for the last 14 years and have always had great service. Unfortunately they must have changed ownership or definitely have changed employees and it has gotten horribly worse. I just tried to check on a set of headlights for my car and apparently it was an inconvenience asking what the replacement bulb number would be for my car. WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE? I'M NOT A DIFFICULT PERSON TO ASSIST. BUT I SURE DID FEEL LIKE I PUT HIM OUT JUST TO FIND OUT WHAT PART I NEEDED. NEEDLESS TO SAY I WILL NOT BE BACK TO T H I S ADVANCE AUTO.

    I would like to take a moment to recognize Ted at Advance Auto Parts for providing exceptional customer service and going above and beyond to help me. Last night, both of my headlights unexpectedly went out right after I got off work. I had no choice but to drive home using my high beams, and I was extremely grateful to make it home safely. The next morning, I went to Advance Auto Parts with the intention of simply purchasing replacement headlight bulbs because I planned to figure out the installation myself. From the moment I arrived, Ted was professional, friendly, and genuinely willing to help. Instead of just selling me the bulbs and sending me on my way, he took the time to assess the situation and assist with the installation. What could have been a stressful and frustrating experience turned into a positive one because of his patience, knowledge, and dedication to customer service. Ted spent about 20 minutes working on my vehicle and successfully resolved the issue. His willingness to help saved me time, reduced my stress, and gave me confidence that my vehicle was safe to drive again. In today’s world, it is not always common to encounter someone who is willing to take the extra time to help a customer without hesitation, but Ted did exactly that. What stood out most was his positive attitude throughout the entire process. He never made me feel like I was inconveniencing him, and he treated me with kindness and respect. His expertise and customer-focused approach are a true reflection of what outstanding service should look like. Because of Ted’s assistance, I was able to leave knowing my headlights were functioning properly and that my vehicle was safe to drive. Employees like Ted are the reason customers return and continue to support businesses like Advance Auto Parts. Thank you, Ted, for your professionalism, patience, hard work, and dedication to helping others. Your efforts did not go unnoticed, and I am incredibly grateful for the assistance you provided. Advance Auto Parts is fortunate to have an employee like you on their team. I highly recommend Ted and this location to anyone looking for knowledgeable staff and exceptional customer service. Thank you again, Ted—you turned a stressful situation into a great customer experience. 🚗💡👏
