  Customer service was horrible. Everyone in the restaurant seemed rude. The cashier didn’t greet us or say a word when we walked up and had an attitude the entire time. When I gave her my name for my order, she responded with “Who?” and then decides to give me a random name instead of asking me to spell it. On top of that, another employee cut in line, sat down, and sarcastically said, “Any minute now,” while a teen and what appeared to be his sister were struggling to put a lid on their cup. No one stepped in, and the whole atmosphere felt uncomfortable and unwelcoming. The entire experience was unprofessional, and I won’t be coming back. I would give this place a 0 star review if that was a thing. Worst place I’ve ever stepped in.

  Very Clean Remodeling Very Nice Staff Respectful Kind And Courtesy Making U Feel Welcome Great Food Plenty Of Sauces U Can Choose From For Chicken Are Fries Best Wings And The Fried Corn And Ranch Is 😋 Good And Fire You Can Get Ya Wings Wet Are Dry U Can Order A Large Quantity Of Anything On The Menu And With Chicken U Can Get All Flats Or Drummies Or A Mixed Of Both And With The More Order Of Wing U Can Get A Variety Of Sauces That's A Plus If U Want To Just Try The Different Sauces And If U Don't Know How It Taste U Can Ask For A Sample So U Know If That's A Sauce U Would Like On Ur Chicken Or Add A Side Of A Particular Taste Awesome Wing Place To Eat From Or Even Dine In U Can Walk In To Order At The Register, Online And Pick Up And Door Dasher And Uber Eats Can Get Ya Food For Ya And U Don't Have To Wait Long At All For Ya Food

  I placed a mobile order, arrived to pick it up, when I walked in I had to speak! One young lady did speak while the others kept talking. There were 4 employees in view one in the kitchen area was on their phone, the other three, well two were in a whole conversation while I was standing there, the other young lady was listening more than engaging. I was the only customer in there, they didn’t stop their convo until I hit the counter and said “ y’all don’t see me standing here” then the young man said oh ma’am I’m sorry, the young lady standing directly behind the register rolled her eyes, and the other young lady who was on the customer side of the counter asked what was the name etc and went and got my food. It’s a shame that employees don’t respect their jobs, you should always stop an acknowledge the customer, your conversation resumes afterwards!!! This crap is becoming a norm and it’s disgusting and disrespectful. Ask yourself would you want a person like you, waiting on you and treating you in that manner?? The order was accurate and the food was on point while the customer service was miserably failed!
