Rude been trying to get packaged delivered for 2 weeks. The driver refuses to deliver it and when I called with out a tracking number, which I have not need during these two weeks due to them reaching out to me, the employee proceeds to yell and hangs up when I asked for a manager. If this is how jonesboro runs their hub maybe fedex should move somewhere else.
Great place to ship fed ex packages and one of the only places in town that will accept a QR code label and print it off for you. I took in an 86 pound 6 foot box that was a return and the ladies wernt very happy about it but they were professional and got me taken care of.

Cant reach a real person for anything even the ai cops a damn attitude
Poor delivery personnel. It's easier for the delivery person to put it back on the truck then to deliver. No call no further attempts to deliver. Just return to sender ! Funny how the United States Postal Service can deliver mail, UPS can deliver packages but FedEx has issues. One guy from there knows where we live. It's an easy place to locate. But any other person can't. They always end up on the other side of the city 20 miles away. Unbelievable !
Ive had a package that has been sitting at this facility for 3 days. They claim its weather related. However, I have drove from my house to that facility. The trucks are coming and going. There is no excuse why my package has been delayed. I called and got the run around and no clear answers to why its not delivered yet. I will make sure all my packages never go through this facility again.
