  It was a very pleasant experience. The one that was taking care of my problem was very nice and helpful. I can't say the same about the family the other representative was taking care of. 😂

  The worst cell service I have ever had. Yeah the phone says you almost always have service. How you don't plan on using it! At this point it just seems like a competition to see who has the worst cell service. It's beyond frustrating seeing you have service and not being able to use your phone.

  I went into the cricket on Southwest drive trying to get help setting up a phone, and the girl behind the counter was more interested in texting with her friend about what they were going to do that weekend, instead of helping me or the other person in the store. I wouldn't go back to that store for anything in the world. 👎
