  Never have I wanted to walk out of a cricket store faster. Husband and I went in to look at upgrades. We were hardly greeted. They never even bothered to get up from thier table. We had a few questions about our current plan and how we could upgrade and he had no idea how to answer our questions. We went to the southwest drive location and got great service. Will never be back at this location. Our service today at this location was bad enough we considered just changing phone company's.
