  Wow! Amazing hotel for the price! My room was huge and was spotless clean. The bed was also very comfortable. The hotel is in a nice area for walking around. I got out and walked to the cracker barrel and the convenience store. A very pleasant stay. Highly recommend 👍

  Worst Western. Room smelled like urine , carpet was wet on spots and so dirty that your socks turned black instantly. Bath plug doesn’t work so our toddler could not bath. Service? What service? They did offer another room that did not match our needs. I’m not going to stay at a BW anymore.

  Omg! What an amazing hotel deal here in Jonesboro Arkansas. This is the nicest hotel I've stayed at in a while. The room was huge and very nice. The bed was so comfortable. The breakfast buffet was so good. Texas Pete hot sauce for the eggs. They had a yogurt machine. This hotel could charge twice as much and I'd gladly pay it. The staff was very friendly. I highly recommend this hotel. Ont sleep on this amazing deal in Jonesboro Arkansas. Check out the pics and video

  When we arrived to room 318, the floor was soaked, somone had slept in the bed and it was still unmade. There was a dirty spong still in the bathtub. The air conditioner was busted and there was ants crawling on the night stand. I usually don't complain unless its pretty bad and this was pretty bad. I should have read the reviews before booking here, I noticed that management only comments on positive reviews, all negative reviews are ignored. Probably due to there being so many. The people who gave 5 out of 5 stars are crazy, this hotel is a definate 1 star hotel.

  My frequent travels have earned me Best Western Diamond Select member which means nothing except that you travel a lot and stay with BW enough to earn a free water upon check in lol. But of all the hotels we do travel to I would say that this was the most horrifying bathroom I have ever seen and I’m offended that it is offered to humans in its current state. Unless the housekeepers have caulking guns, mold remover, clog drainer, paint, and new a towel rack that does not fall off there is not much they can do about it. Filthy and stained and completely unacceptable; the state park we just stayed in had cleaner bathrooms. I did enjoy the individually wrapped mini chocolate milks at breakfast. Would not return.
