  I purchases a battery here in October of 2025 and it started to fail in August 2026. I originally purchased a three year warranty so I returned to the store for an exchange. There was only one employee behind the counter. This employee used a battery tester on my car while running and he confidently told me there was nothing wrong with the battery, that it was actually my starter. I told him that the issue was not involving the starter but my knowledge was dismissed and he offered to sell me a rebuilt starter instead. I did not feel confident that he knew what he was talking about so I went back to work and planned to return later. That afternoon my battery completely died and it would not start again even after trying to jump it. I was forced to walk to auto zone instead where I paid full price for a new battery with a new warranty. I have since taken my car to a mechanic who checked both my starter and alternator and they found no issues. The staff here is not well trained on the equipment they use and lack the ability to admit when they don't know something. I would not recommend purchasing anything that requires a warranty or any type of assistance from here.
