  It’s 7:38p CT when I just came to this location to shop my daughter’s upcoming event… the store is closed with one of the workers looking at me dumb founded… today yall close at 8pm why are you closed 20 to 30 minutes before the store closed???!!!!

  I went into the Jacksonville Ar. store on 4-3-2026 and walked up to the register, the cashier looked me up and down and rolled his eyes at me. I asked him what that look was for and he said “there’s an entrance and an exit and you came through the exit”, granted there was no one in line and you can’t tell where to walk because there’s so much in front of the registers. Another worker then walked up when I asked the cashier what his name was, he didn’t answer me. I then asked the other worker, he said he didn’t know his name then asked me what was wrong. I told him what happened and he said “well” and walked off. The cashier then proceeded to sarcastically tell me to have a good day. I got his name off of the bottom of the receipt. His name is Samuel. I’ve never been so disrespected in my life and for no reason. He does not need to be in customer service.

  I absolutely hate coming to city trends because of the staff. They're DISRESPECTFUL and RUDE and the only reason I bought what I did is because of a family member taking us there. Get a job you're not miserable at and put a smile on. Its customer service be of service.
