  We were served by a very nice and funny lady called Tesaney and she needs a raise for her troubles. It was my first time in a wingstop and she was very patient with me in explaining how everything functions. Food was great and she was professional and had an enjoyable personality. Thank you Tesaney for making my day better ☺️

  Went in here with friends, tesaney took our order. She was SO NICE and was laughing and joking with us as well as one of the cooks. She needs a raise she's great. She was great and personable. My first time at wing stop and she was very nice.

  I came in with a pair of friends later in the evening and everything was spectacular, the employee taking our order, Tesaney, was spectacular. She was so incredibly patient and answered all of my friends questions about the menu as they had never been here. With it being as late as it was, (around 10:30p) she kept her attitude lively and upbeat. I definitely reccomend it and her service elevated my experience spectacularly.

  Ordered 50 dollars worth a food drive home 45 minutes away. And realize my 20 wing box has only 15. How does that even happen? Call up there thinking they will put my name down and I’ll be able to come up there tomorrow for them or something nope. Didn’t care and told me there was nothing they could do which is just insane. Manager wouldn’t even talk to me. Told me I was just out of my money. Crazy bad.

  Four days ago I order a to go order for my family after driving home 35 minutes away I discovered one of my meals was missing so I checked my receipt and I did pay for it. So I call the store and the manager on duty which was who took my order ask if I could come back and get it I explained I live 35 minutes away so that would be a hour and 10 minute drive. I ask here to take down my name and I would come back on another day and get it. Well today I went to the store and ask for the manager so I could get my order they left out along with another order for my family which I paid for. This time I checked my order before leaving and again they left out my order when I ask the manager about it she said it was all in the same box so I open the box in front of her and it was not there so she got mad and went to the back and got the rest of my order. I ask her for the district manager’s number for the store and she refused to give it to me and then told me good luck getting it. I asked for her name and she said it was Destiny which I doubt is correct. Needless to say I will never go back to any wing stop again.
