  Sent a package overnight Lexie emp number 138476 the manager said if package doesn’t arrive on time I will be due the $143 refund…well the package didn’t arrive so I call get placed on hold to be disconnected, I call back and speak with Josh who wasn’t very helpful at all I asked for Lexies last name which he claims he doesn’t know it so I asked for Lexies managers name which he said is Charles but doesn’t know his last name either. They claim it was weather related and the tracking number says it went to Louisville Kentucky I could have driven it from Hot Springs to Dallas had I known they would conveniently blamed it on weather cause there was no weather in the forecast for Monday so I asked Josh what’s the process of an overnight shipment and he claims I drop it off a truck picks it up and loads it on the plane I asked a plane at the hot springs airport which he responds he doesn’t know…..well by now Iv realized Josh doesn’t know much so talking to him is a lost cause 🙄 this location is a locally and operated business do better Mr Charles maybe hire competent employees that can explain why you happily charged me $143 for nothing!! Will not be returning to this store again!! Unless this store makes it right with some type of refund for package not arriving at the specified time and I worked in an industry that could always blame the weather so unless you can explain to me from point to point I won’t believe it was weather related!!
