    FIRST ILL START OFF BY SAYING THIS PLACE IS SO BAD 👎 THE LADY BEHIND THE COUNTER NOT SURE HER NAME BUT SHE HAS SHORT BLACK HAIR AND WAS LOOKED TO BE TRAINING SOMEONE SHE WAS VERY RIDE TO US AND OTHER CUSTOMERS SHE TOLD SOMEONE THEY COULDNT EAT IN THE SUBWAY AFTER PURCHASING THEIR FOOD AN WE WERE CHARGED FOR 2 FOOT LONGS AND ONLY ORDEREDAND GOT ONE I AM BEYOND PISSED .

    Went to get 2 subs and guy was rude off the bat when my girlfriend said iltaian instead of the italain herbs and cheese. Then he made a comment about the shirt i was wearing. Then when my girlfriend asked for more olives he flat out refused sayin it was more than he was allowed to add. Mind you weve gotten more than that from this location and other locations before. Then when we said were just gonna leave he shouted something at us.

    All that I asked for on my sandwich was olives and mayo. He put like 4 olives on my 6 inch cold cut and said I couldn’t have anymore. Even though I offered to pay extra. Very ridiculous. I don’t even complain but cmon be so for real. Will not come back to this location.

    have been as patient as I can with y'all having someone with mental disabilities working. But I have had too many bad experiences with him being rude, doing halfway the sandwich, never following the directions at all, getting soggy food because he does not acknowledge people no matter how many times you say excuse me at the counter, and him just blatantly ignoring every customer in a very rude manner. If I had to report every order y'all would end up owing me over $200 in refunds because I love Subway so much that I keep coming back. But this time is just too far. this food is absolutely disgusting. He did not toast any of it it's all soggy and it's cold because he told us that he'd be with us in a minute and then ended up making three people sandwiches while ignoring us. I won't be back til he's gone. Absolutely awful using a disability to be rude and disrespectful and lazy. HE DIDN'T EVEN WRAP THE SANDWICHES AND THEY WERE SO SOGGY THAT THEY WERE SOAKING THROUGH THE PAPER AND THE PAPER BAG 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

    Please fire Collin. I asked for a BMT with everything but onions and he literally gave me every vegetable they had. That is not just incompetent but downright borderline forest gump. If you see Collin working, go to another subway.
