  Subway downtown is my favorite! The staff is friendly and helpful! The manager Taylor is so nice and funny! The store is always clean and is newly remodel so it’s nice and bright! Great experience always!

  I very much enjoy this Subway. It’s recently been remodeled/updated, every single seat is a window seat (Historic Central Ave and Bridge), and the employees are fast and friendly. This location gets hammered sometimes because of tourism, hotels, and the convention center being nearby, so kudos to the management and staff here.

  Very disappointing experience . The two ladies at the counter were so unwelcoming, and one the drink machine was not even working when we requested for them to see, they knowingly didn't wanted to help us. They definitely need some courtesy training.
