  We are from out of town but stopped here and the experience was wonderful. Large BMT was fresh and outstanding.. and that is something I can't say about the ones where I am from. The service from David was also outstanding and very friendly. The environment was clean and the food very fresh. We will make a point now to come back next time we are in town!

  I had a very disappointing experience with Collin. He was rude and unhelpful when we came in after placing a mobile order. We wanted to make an additional purchase, but he told us we couldn’t because it was “company policy” and refused to let us place a second order. His attitude came across as dismissive, and instead of trying to explain the policy respectfully or offer any alternative, he made us feel like we were an inconvenience. Customer service should be courteous and helpful, and unfortunately this experience was the opposite. I hope management addresses both the policy, if that’s truly the case, and the way customers are treated.
