  Maria, was awesome! We loved her and appreciated her so much helping us pick out phones and getting all the information switched over. She had a terrible customer in there yelling and making a fool of himself talked so bad to her. I kept my mouth shut bc I didn't want to escalate the situation, but I can tell you one thing if he was to of acted out any further that was physical we would of had your back Maria. We only want to come in there to see Maria from now on! Thank you, Maria!

  I came in right at closing time. The young lady was patient with me, and she offered to help me outside of her area of responsibility. I was having a very bad day, and I was feeling guilty for coming in so late. I actually put off the chore. And this young woman was very very kind to me. She didn't know I was having a bad day and she didn't act put off by me coming in and right at closing time. To say she was professional as an understatement. She was kind and professional. She turned my day that was bad into a good day

  They use my credit card to make charges at another store in a different state. How do I know because it was a last transaction I did at their store then all of a sudden fraudulent card transaction came up. In my hometown these people only knew that information. I contacted my credit card and they looked into it and they are investigating it further. I will be calling cricket corporate.
