I visited the store to order double-sided business cards and encountered an issue where the system repeatedly uploaded an older version of my file, even after I had removed the outdated files and attempted to upload the correct one multiple times.
I asked Zach for assistance, and he initially tried to help by walking me through the process. However, the system continued to upload the incorrect file. At that point, Zach stated that he did not know how to resolve the issue and walked behind the counter. There were no other customers requiring assistance at the time, aside from one customer using the self-service area.
As I was leaving, I felt Zach’s demeanor was unprofessional and condescending, as he waved and smiled in a manner that came across as dismissive rather than helpful.
I then requested to speak with the manager and was informed that he was on a conference call. The manager eventually came out, but instead of addressing my concerns or attempting to understand the issue, I felt my concerns were dismissed. This was disappointing, especially since previous interactions with management at this location had been positive and customer-focused.
I understand that technical issues can occur, but I was frustrated by the lack of assistance, professionalism, and customer service I received while trying to resolve what should have been a simple ordering issue.
