  I just went into the cricket store in Hope and had the worst experience ever the sales lady said the phone was unlocked but after she took my friend money she said the phone was locked, this costed $80.00 Jamia P. Gave my friend a number to call and report what happened but she knew we would be unable to speak to anyone without a number and pin , my friend was not given a number and a pin was never given to my friend. Jamia P. was so unkind to someone who just needed help.
