  the food is good, and most of employees are really nice. the only problem is the manager wants to have people pay before they finish the sandwich to move the line faster, and when i wasn't paying before i got what i wanted on the footlong she gave the employee a crazy look and she seemed upset about it. (this has happened the last 2 times i got food here) the last time i didn't even get to finish because she was rushing people, but she still does have okay customer service

  I visited 7/28/26 around 1:00 and watched the manager skinny white lady rudely embarrass a Christian lady and accuse her of stealing a water and yelled across the facility at the poor lady who was from out of town and thought she could pay for the water before leaving. Even after embarrassing the lady she was still nice and the manager acted horrible. She has no businesses being a manager.

  Very disappointing experience with Harshel. The subway was made carelessly, he made the station unclean and unhygienic, and he seemed rushed and inexperienced. Overall, the service quality was poor.

  Tiffany was the absolute best!!! We drive 100k miles a year, have been through all 50 states. She was joking and cutting up with us the whole visit. Made our whole 14 hour drive worth the stop here. And Matt was very nice and helpful!!! Best team!!!!!
