  Had a very bad experience at another location and this gentleman went over and beyond to get my phone on and did not even charge us for the great service. Night and day difference from branson location. Highly recommend going here if you need actual customer service. Thank you guys! Appreciate people doing what they say and following through.

  They are always kind and helpful. Jacob took care of me and helped me solve a long time problem. If you're not having service since the upgrades, you might not have a 5g tower by you like I don't. Not my 4g phone works and I can have conversions again! 🙂 Edit..... Something changed and it's not the same great service I received with cricket for 10 years. Terrible customer service now, lack of knowledge and willingness to help and prices just keep going up for way less. Gonna find another carrier.
