I went into this cricket store on March 2nd of this year with a completely broken phone, and no boost mobile in sight. I ended up switching phone numbers to get their "new customer" deal. I was told by Courtney and Thomas that the phone was $0 and the accessory bundle was included. Unfortunately, I was charged $60 for a charger, phone case, and screen protector that I could have gotten off Amazon for $15. The Moto g 2026 that they sold me has been nothing but problems. The internal SIM keeps locking me out of my phone entirely, not just preventing me from making calls. I have driven to cricket 5 times, wasting over $100 in gas, and countless hours of my life, just to get my phone to work. I am so disappointed in the service I've received through cricket in general, but also feel like the salespeople took advantage of a desperate person in a desperate situation by selling me a less than stellar phone (recommending it, actually), and including accessories that I didn't even want. I mean, who needs another phone charger? Not me. And not for $20. Watch out, they are scammers and will take advantage of you.
