  Terrible experience with this location. Wings came coated in uncooked grease fat. Tried calling the store multiple times with no answer.

  Service is pretty much always terrible. Either I’m waiting forever to talk to someone or the person behind the counter is very rude. Almost everyone who works here makes it VERY apparent they hate their job and don’t want to be there. This causing the food to be half assed every time. They always forget something. The amount of times I’ve gotten wings and there were ABSOLUTELY no sause on them is crazy. I went today and the fries were seasoned so well, perfect even. But the chicken? No seasoning AT ALL. I will not be going here again. Please go to a different location if you want good service or your food to be right.

  We arrived to order and looked at the menu online. Two people were fixing another order in view of us. After that order was done, did someone come to assist us? No! One person turned their back to us the other went to get a broom? We are standing at the counter. The cashier asked us are we wanting to order. ??? Came and took our order after sweeping for a minute. Then after we ordered and I tried to pay, the cashier asked if I had a different form of payment? I said no, she then asked my adult daughter if she had a different form of payment. What in the world? I get that they may not have much change on a Sunday, but to go down the family tree until someone said yes??
