  The vast majority of UPS stores I've gone to will take USPS packages as a courtesy. I tried to drop some off at this location along with a UPS package I was shipping. The associate told me they only accepted letters. When I asked if he knew where the nearest drop-off location, he was curt and just said the post office. He seemed too busy to deal with me and aggravated that I would ask. I know everyone has a bad day from time to time but no one seemed to mind him being so dismissive. I'd rather do business with a place that is friendly. If you do have to say you don't do something, find a nice way to do it.

  Very friendly staff, great place to return Amazon products. Just scan the QR code and you are set! If you item requires a box, they have that available as well.

  I go to the UPS store in Ft Smith often. Most of the people there are friendly and helpful. Then there is Ben. He acts like you are an inconvenience to him. And not friendly at all. When I notice he is going to be helping me, I just want to wait on someone else.

  It’s always been a quick and easy process. I’ve never had any issues with shipping, and the staff is always helpful. If I need a label printed, they give me the option to either email it to them or print it myself there, which makes things super convenient. Most of the time I already have my item packaged and ready to go, so the whole process is smooth and hassle-free.

  Needed to send a package for my mother, and I did not have the correct label. The employees were so helpful and told me exactly what I needed and how to get it.
