  I always ask for extra sauce on my sandwich in the instructions and on my actual order and I only get one swipe of sauce every single time. The amount I get is barely even able to taste.

  I had such an awful experience! I took my pregnant fiancé there because she was craving subway and the girl that did our Order was extremely rude. Her name tag was faded but I think her name was Kylie or something similar, with colored hair ( pink if I remember correctly) she kept giving us mean stares through the whole service and then at the end she didn’t want to accept our $50 bill even though our order was way past $10! Then implied that it was a fake $50 even though she checked it multiple times. I never had such a problem like this at a fast food place. Was also rude to her co worker that was also working with her. Would love if someone on the team would contact me.

  We had a coupon and at first went through the drive-through (Towson Ave, Fort Smith, AR) and decided to just go in and order my sub. The employee (Lulu) who took our order was very friendly, very professional and compassionate. She had no problems in making our sandwichs and even offered good suggestions. The sandwich was amazing. The service was amazing and the atmosphere was great. We’ll definitely be going back.

  I used to hate this location, but it seems since the new manager jenny got there the quality of the food and environment has already gone up and up drastically. she's quick and very kind to customers. I'm excited to see how she turns this store around.
