  Went through drive thru. Ordered a footlong steak and cheese with extra meat. Asked for american cheese with bell peppers and cucumbers only. While at the drive thru the lady didnt even take my card, instead handed me the card reader than ran back to the line and handled food barehanded and left me holding the reader for about 10 mins. Then when I get home after driving 20 mins to my house I find out my sandwich had onions and mayo on it when only request bell peppers and cucumbers. Highly disappointed with this location as it seems to be a recurring problem between and extended waiting period then them getting my sandwich wrong almost everytime. Definitely not going back or recommending them to anyone.

  I ordered a chicken sandwich online, but I received a beef sandwich instead. I do not eat beef for religious reasons. When I contacted the store, the staff argued with me and were rude instead of apologizing and offering to prepare a fresh chicken sandwich. Very disappointing experience with both customer service and order accuracy.

  The food wasn't the freshest but edible my only issue really was that after I paid got my food went to get the cup and there was a dead roach i told the lady she was like omg... and another employee comes around to the front not realizing I'm there and the one lady says we have a did roach than othe other says no we dont and well don't say it to loud etc and I'm like and yes u do she said where I point to it she said what that black dot I'm like no that brown thing right the lol while pointing, she than said well at least it's dead. Smh still gross

  Jenny & Stassi (I hope that I got her name right!) I had stopped going to the subway because I could not even give it a one star rating. But now that they finally have a new manager and new staff, I will start coming back to the subway at least once a week. It is 100 times better than it used to be and I’ve only been there once. I used to frequent this subway at least once a week sometimes too until the last manager and her employees treated me and acted the way that they did. Thank you girls. Keep up the good work. You will be seeing me again soon.
