  The World's Most Ambitious Game of Pretend I placed a mobile order because I thought "ready for pickup" meant... ready for pickup. When I arrived, my order was marked as ready, but after standing in line for 20 minutes, I discovered it apparently existed only in theory. Once I finally got to the counter, the staff then started making the order they had already claimed was completed. While waiting, I got the bonus experience of watching ingredients cross-contaminate like they were auditioning for a food safety training video. The real highlight was seeing an employee scratch their head with their gloved hand and then continue making sandwiches without changing gloves before handling more food. At that point, I had completely lost confidence in the cleanliness of the food being prepared. Rather than risk eating it, I left without my food and requested a refund. The whole experience made me wonder if food safety procedures are kept next to the mobile orders: marked as completed, but never actually followed. I ordered ahead to save time. Instead, I got a 20-minute wait, an order that wasn't started until I asked about it, questionable food handling practices, and no lunch. Would not recommend unless you enjoy waiting for imaginary sandwiches and learning firsthand why health codes exist.

  Placed an online carryout order at 11am for a pizza and a protein wrap. Got there at 11:20, still not ready. Fine. Waited inside for my order to be ready. It wasnt ready until almost 11:50. Figured that meant my pizza was fresh. Got home (live fairly close). The pizza was ICE COLD in the center. Wrap wasnt full all the way to the meat. Just a disgusting meal all the way around. Will not return.

  It really depends on the day but sometimes I will go in later in the night and it feels like I'm getting ignored at the drive through speaker. Last night I waited 10 minute at the speaker with no answer until leaving out of frustration. I understand it can be busy especially towards the end of the night and I have no issue with waiting, but I didn't even get conformation that they knew I was there. Either the speaker need to be fixed, or the place needs more staff to be able to take orders. Either way it was an extremely frustrating experience that has happened multiple times at this location. Not rating 1 star as on their good nights I have had great experiences with some of their employees.
