    Would give less then 1 star if option was available. Walked in and an older worker was complaining and super unprofessional before we ordered. That same worker didn’t use gloves to close up a sandwich and touched it so I ended up throwing it away.

    I want to give a huge shoutout to an employee named Alex. When I came in, he was the only one working and still managing to keep everything running smoothly. Even while handling everything on his own, he stayed calm, polite, and professional with every customer. He was taking orders, making sandwiches, and keeping things organized all at the same time, yet he still made sure people felt welcomed and taken care of. That kind of work ethic and attitude is rare to see. Honestly, Alex deserves a lot of recognition for the effort he’s putting in. Someone who can handle that level of responsibility and still provide great service clearly has the leadership skills to be a manager. Subway would be smart to promote someone like him.

    I had a really unpleasant experience with a manager at Subway named Makenna. From the moment I walked in, her attitude was unnecessarily rude and unwelcoming. When I asked a simple question about my order, she rolled her eyes like it was a huge inconvenience to help a customer. Working in customer service means being patient and respectful, even when things are busy. Instead, the interaction felt dismissive and uncomfortable. A manager especially should set the tone for the staff and create a positive environment, but that definitely wasn’t the case here. It made the whole visit feel awkward and honestly discouraged me from wanting to come back. I hope management looks into improving customer service at this location because experiences like this reflect poorly on the store.

    This is the worst Subway in town. We ordered online for pick up, and these are the pictures of what we got. It looks like it was kicked across the room.

    This is by far the Worst restaurant I have ever been to ,like who puts the condiments(mayo mustard olive oil and vinegar) on the bread first before adding the veggies and have the neve to say that's protocol??!?? SUBWAY!! Please get it together and Stop Mething around!! like seriously ..I repeat !! DO NOT GO TO THIS SUBWAY UNLESS YOU ARE FEEDING DOGS..TOTALLY UNNACEPTABLE.
