I had the help of Jonnette and she was an absolute angel. She was extremely friendly and helpful and I couldn’t have asked for anyone better!

Super disappointing experience at this location, again. Besides dealing with the long lines every time I visit, this location apparently has processes different than every other FedEx in the country and doesn’t bother to take a minute or two to look up your account. Additionally, don’t bother using their online system, because they won’t get your order. Hard pass for all future shipping needs. Save yourself the frustration and do the same.

This location is super slow. The seem to take their time getting to the customers at the counter. Today I was second in line. I waited 15 minutes just to get a label printed to ship my package. The guy behind me got mad and left. It's like they both move in slow motion.
