  Jennifer m. sales representative here at this location either she just got her shark week that get same day or she's just sick of her job or something was really off putting with her. For starters she made up some fake email for my mom's new cricket acct, aka new customer like my mom doesn't have an email or phone or anything. That email is indeed already taken not from my mom or the lady She just wrote one down then said it was connected to her new plan/cricket acct. Which it is not. Then she was just rude and lowsy in some kind of a hurry to get through with the sale. Now the other gal representative was great and real polite, nice smile. Gold Star for her! Definitely Can tell she's a little new or training still did better then Jennifer. After paid for the phone we left the store and had to shortly return due to jenn didn't even give my mom the receipt for the warrant coverage for razor phone and everything phone idk very off putting. If you don't like your job please do yourself a favor and find a different profession. And try and have a better day damn.
