  My tire blew out near this Advanced Auto location. I pulled in to change my tire and realized my jack was not in my car! I went in looking for help. I was in a panic & running late to training for my job. I explained everything to this employee named Jason. He borrowed a jack from another employee and changed it for me! Through all of the trial and error I was only 15 minutes late! I am/was so grateful. After watching him change my tire, I realized that it was probably best that my pregnant self did not take on that job alone. Thank God for kind, understanding, helpful people! 😊

  Very rude lazy attitude around 3-6pm July 20th 2026 situation was a personal long time ago issue but 50's I would think more of a employee of yours pitiful

  The employees at the zero street location in Fort Smith always take the very best care of me. They not only tested my truck with their machine. They sent me to the Best Place in the Fort to fix my problem. Their advice saved me hundreds if not over a thousand dollars. I will no longer be taking my Chevy Z71 Custom Cab to Harry Robinson. Your employees treat everyone like family. They all deserve a raise.
