  Not sure what all the bad reviews are about. Always get my food on time and warm, managers are so nice and cool, and food is always great. Have received the occasional extra wing.

  This place used to be so good!! I’m very disappointed with my most recent order. My fries were cold and very salty and my wings were also cold and barley sauced. I miss the old cooks and cashiers they were very nice and always made my order bomb, especially that one cute boy that had tattoos and would wear his hat sideways, he knew how to toss them wings and always had vibes!! Don’t come here unless you want cold and overpriced mediocre food.

  I placed an order online and when I went to pick my order up, the cashier completely ignored me for 15 minutes. She fulfilled all the orders without acknowledging me and even handed out 2 pickup orders while I stood there patiently waiting. I finally told her I had a pickup order and kindly asked for fresh fries. She went back in the kitchen again without saying a word. So I asked her nicely for fresh fries again. She then said they were making some and turned her back on me again. When I got home I noticed my order was wrong. My son ordered boneless wings and they gave him classic wings. I'll start going back to the one on MLK where they are always happy to help and get my order right. Never had an issue until now.
