  Tried to make me pay just to print a label on paper then gave me a sheet of directions as to how to print the label. It asked for a login that was not given.

  Preston helped me getting the right sized boxes for my fragile pottery shipment to New York. He explained what size boxes should be used and how he would pack them, which gave me confidence in the shipment arriving safely. I was impressed with his knowledge off the top of his head. He also walked me through different options for making sure it made it there in time, guaranteed. Mason didn’t help me with my shipment directly, but he was conversational which made my visit enjoyable. They also helped me right at close but didn’t make me feel rushed or unwelcome.

  The lil lady behind the counter, who clearly looked a bit overwhelmed, was so sweet and kind to My hubby and I. She was fast, efficient, helpful and so kind. I feel like someone needed to call her out on her Great customer service.
