  I absolutely love the staff at Misty at the MLK store was freaking awesome! We made a huge mistake a few months ago and switched to T-MOBILE 🫣 BAD move we're back where we belong with Cricket 🥰 Absolutely wonderful service and customer service. We're here for the long run

  Bought a new phone here and the customer service was pretty good, except Kale straight up lied to my wife and I. He told us the Samsung A13 had 1 Terabyte of memory. We were sold on the huge memory promised. Later, we see the phone has 64 gigabytes of memory. Why would Kale need to come up with such a huge lie? Seems ridiculous.
