Hannah at this Cricket location is AMAZING!! I had been with the same carrier (not cricket) and the same phone number for over 20 years. I really had no idea how it was going to work changing carriers. She explained everything so well and really went way above and beyond the normal call for customer service. She was so patient and got all 4 lines and phone numbers switched from the old carrier to Cricket. She helped us set up a couple new phones and gave us great advice along the way. Yay Hannah and Yay Cricket! Cut my phone bill in half with all those lines and I kept all the same services and coverage area!
