Rude and unkind service from the lady wearing dark shades. However Micheal finished my order with kindness and was absolutely amazing!

We pulled up, worker was outside about to light a cig and saw us pull up to the drive thru and said VERY rudely “drive thru isn’t working”. We got to the window and my fiancé started telling him her order, he continued with the rude attitude acting like the drive thru was a complete inconvenience to him. Instead of asking her to slow down on her order he raised his hand at her like she was a toddler which was also very rude and completely inappropriate. I would not recommend this subway to anybody. Very surprised at the customer service, usually subway is my go to and the employees are very friendly. Super disappointed. 🫠🫠
So Good! The staff is fantastic! I always get the subway club and like to feed my chihuhua the roastbeef! So fresh and tasty!!! thanks guys!

There is a drive thru, but you will be ignored or rudely told to come inside. They are chronically understaffed. This is obviously an issue with management but it does result in the staff that DOES show up to be overwhelmed and rude (I don’t blame them) corporate needs to do better, hire better management and more employees! Y’all are losing money because of this. And I want a dang tuna sub without having to beg for it 🤣
