  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I visit this UPS Store often and always receive great customer service, but today they truly went above and beyond! I was trying to meet an important deadline and really needed some extra help. The staff was incredibly helpful, patient, and made sure I had everything taken care of in time. It’s so refreshing to receive this level of customer service. Thank you for going the extra mile and making a stressful situation so much easier. I truly appreciate you all and will definitely continue coming back!

  All of the staff members at this location are great, but Tony truly stands out. He is always friendly, knowledgeable, courteous, and genuinely welcoming to every customer who walks in. I’ve recently had to return two Amazon packages, and Tony assisted me both times. He made the entire process incredibly easy and pleasant. In fact, Tony is the reason I chose to return to this location the second time because I remembered how warm and welcoming he was during my previous visit. Great customer service can be hard to find nowadays, which makes employees like Tony even more appreciated. He treats customers with the utmost respect and makes you feel genuinely valued rather than like just another person in line. I will absolutely continue using this location for any future returns or services I may need. Tony consistently goes above and beyond and makes what could be an ordinary errand an easy and enjoyable experience. He is a wonderful representative of this store and absolutely deserves recognition for the exceptional customer service he provides!
