    I went up there @7:30 and they told me they are closing and locked us out and told us to online order. What kind of business does that?

    My husband and I had met my friend here to celebrate a late Christmas. While we were waiting for our mobile orders, an employee approached our table and told us we couldn’t eat outside food without ordering. We had brought a bag of chips to go along with our order (2 footlongs, a 6 inch, a bag of chips, and a soda). It was really disappointing that she didn’t take the time to check that we had already placed an order. Instead, she immediately accused us of doing something wrong. After we told her that we had placed mobile orders there wasn’t any sort of apology or even clarification on whether they have a policy concerning outside food. I also checked around the restaurant for signs concerning a policy on outside food and there weren’t any. This unnecessary approach tainted our visit and made what should have been a pleasant celebration awkward. While the food itself was ok, better staff communication is needed to avoid making customers feel uncomfortable.

    I was sitting at a table waiting for my mobile order and someone came and told me I couldn't sit there without having subway food and told me to leave. She didn't ask if I was ready to order or ask if I had put in an order. Just confronted us and told us to leave.

    I ordered food through the app for pick up on accident when I was trying to cancel it. I tried calling the store like it says on the app and not a single time that I call did someone pick up the phone and I called so many times because I can’t leave my house I have a two year-old toddler and I don’t have a car their website. Customer service thing was not very helpful. I can’t even confirm or deny if my order was canceled.
