  Very bad !! lost two items in 1 week status shows shipment delivered including front house photo but not my house . call in no response the recording said case was and I have to contact the seller my self

  My husband’s medicine was delivered to the wrong address, at the wrong time and sat in the sun 6 hours before I found it. The people at the address to which the medication was delivered are of town. When I called about the medication I was told it was delivered and signed for——which I did not do!! When I called FedEx, I was not allowed to speak with anyone about this error. POOR Customer Service!!

  Very helpful and pleasant to deal with. I go out of my way to use this FedEx location due to the professional nature of the staff and ease of the shipping process.
