  The phone service is just fine, and reasonably priced. Got a great deal on my phone. However, the customer service is terrible. This is only my experience (3 occasions) but to me, that’s insane. No smiling. No friendly welcome. I felt more like I was annoying them than getting help that I needed. I’m friendly to everyon If you don’t like people, don’t be in customer service? 🤷‍♀️

  I transfered my service over and Brandy helped the process go so smoothly. I was able to retrieve my contacts and photos. Great customer service. I highly recommend their services

  This store has great customer service! The workers are all so nice and accommodating! The store looks tidy & when I need help I’m never waiting for long .

  Mrs.dez was very knowledgeable about all of the phones i was looking to switch my services but after speaking with her further she changed my mind completely She set me up with a new phone with HBO for my kids for our trip we are about to take she made my experience at cricket!!! The store was clean and all of the staff welcomed me upon entry they are also super kid friendly that in it self was a blessing for a mama with her hands full I WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK !!❤️
