  Not sure who the new workers are but all of a sudden the whole original staff has disappeared. Knew everyone, not sure what happened. Used to enjoy coming in here because it was kind of a small town restaurant where everyone somewhat knew each other but now it seems like they can’t keep workers. Edit: just tried it again today. The Italian herb and cheese bread was hard as a rock, I tried to tell myself to enjoy it but I just couldn’t, my dog couldn’t even eat the dang bread. The veggies weren’t much better. They looked like they’d been sitting out for days and the peppers were mushy. I was hoping that it would get better as time went but unfortunately it’s just gotten worse..

  Service was ok, workers are usually nice. But the quality of the food has been awful lately. I haven't been in a few months because it's been bad in the past, but I tried it again tonight. Bad idea. The Italian herb and cheese bread is crusty, stale, and hard. Not soft at all. Every bite of my sandwich tasted awful. I threw it out.

  Staff needs to be trained on how to make online order and read instructions. Also very skimpy on the veggies and sauces.

  This joke of a place. I placed an online order for myself and my wife and 3 kids. Yes that takes some time. But they refused to make my wife’s sandwich correctly. While she was standing right there. They were rude to her and threw her sandwich in the bag unwrapped. The contents of her sandwich were all over the bag. My sandwich was made wrong as well. I hope this dump is privately owned. So losing our business will hurt them.

  They skimp on meat servings and almost every time I come here even if nobody is in the lobby it takes like 45 mins to get my food
