  They need more help. They were so backed up that I had to come in and sit down and wait for them to get things straightened out. The food is okay but their service needs to be better. I hope they have a very blessed day

  So the gentlemen who had helped us was super sweet, helped me and my roommate with all of our needs and there was some technical malfunctions but the guy we had was super patient with my roommate and I. The only thing I have to say is the coworker who was on shift July 5th with the brunette hair was not helping his coworker at all. Kept sitting around doing nothing and proceeded to let an employee with no uniform or hair net behind the counter near and around the food. The gentlemen with the glasses was super sweet and he did everything in his power to make sure we got our food quickly. It the coworker on the other hand could use some more training on how to help his other coworkers.

  Placed an online order yesterday. But I got the address wrong and showed up here. So I reordered the Italian 5 meat. I was trying to look up the other stores number so I could cancel the order but was getting sandwich questions. I thought, I'll just eat the charge for being stupid. But about an hour later I get an email letting me know that my order was cancelled and my card was refunded. So someone from this store took care of this for me. THANK YOU. And the sandwich was delicious.
