  The shift lead Rod had a really difficult customer while we were in there. He kept his composure, was calm, and respectful. We go in there a lot and he always has great customer service!

  This is my favorite subway in NWA!! The GM, Heather, goes out of her way to make us feel right at home & makes the BEST sandwiches!

  Had to order 2x, both times the sandwich were not toasted, as we requested on doordash. Everything was raw. The refused to remake it, and would only toast it with the lettuce and such on it. Horrible store.
