  I have visited this location several times and the same lady is always rude to me. As she was making my sandwich, they usually only put 3 pieces of meat on it, today she put 6. Me not being much of a meat eater, I asked her to remove some of it. She then proceeded to tell me she won't do that because that is how it comes. If I am paying for this sandwich, I want it made the way I ask. I did not ask for a discount just because I wanted less meat! I then asked for my cookie to be warmed up and she literally started yelling at me saying they can not do that and told me to get out of the store. They warm up sandwiches so I do not understand why they can not warm a cookie. This lady is possibly in her 30's, nose ring, and blonde hair. This has happened several times with her. We once ordered catering for the company I work for, she tried to charge me over $100.00 for lettuce and tomato that we asked for on the side, yet it comes with the individual sandwiches any other time. She also at that time refused to give us mayo and mustard packets. This woman should absolutely NOT be working in customer service if she can not be nice to people. This will be posted to EVERY social media site I am on including on the rants and rave sites of Saline, Benton and Bryant. Completely unacceptable. Myself and my company WILL NEVER order from Subway again until something is done about her and we order from places weekly for this company hundreds of dollars of food each time. Do better with your staff Subway! Seriously!
