The girls making the subs weren’t an issue, but the woman they were answering to had a bad attitude, managed her staff with no respect, and talked bad about the customer in front of me, after the woman had walked away. On top of it all, they were swapping everything over from the beginning of the day, and one of the regular employees suggested to swap the tomatoes, and the manager gave her a condescending look and didn’t respond. Even after I said I would like new tomatoes, because they were visibly wilting, mushy looking, and almost empty, she chose to still ignore us both. The manager checked me out and didn’t once greet me or give a farewell. As a matter of fact she acted like it was a chore to speak to me at all and she shouldn’t have to do so. A terrible experience, considering I skipped over my hometown subway to go here, because of the workers being fabulous on my previous visit. I hope they can get the attitude of the management under control or I’ll stop going. If I walk in again, and it’s the same manager, I will not be ordering food. The girls seemed timid about making the sandwich’s in front of the manager, too. Literally watching over their shoulders. Customers are more important than your food cost. Without customers you don’t have food cost or food profit, simple. My sandwich’s on my previous visit blew those out of the water, as well. Figure it out.
