  Ordered 2 6 inch subs on 30 minute lunch break older woman working her butt off while teen kid wouldn’t pay attention (left one of my subs on the counter out of my to go bag) (Joel)

  Made an online order and went through the drive thru to pick it up. Greeted at speaker told to pull to window. Left sitting there for 10 minutes before someone came to window and asked how they could help me. Reminded them I had a mobile order. I could SEE my food sitting on the shelf. Girl walks away and I’m left for another 5 minutes before I drive off without my food. I was the only person ever in that drive thru line.
