  Pancho! He moves faster than lightening getting your item scanned, packaged, and ready for delivery. All with a smile and good attitude. The man works three times as much as anyone else there and is one of the most efficient people. I come often and he is always there, always kind, and crazy fast.

  The UPS store was awesome. I was in and out in under two minutes. It was plenty of parking so no sweat wheelchair accessible so it’s easy for you. So don’t be nervous just go deliver your package. You will be pleased and happy.

  I frequent this UPS store often and I have to say that the man who works the returns station at the very front of the store (this survey says his name is Pancho) is absolutely amazing at customer service. Whenever I come in with a box or boxes, he rushes to take them from me, quickly check them in, provide a receipt, and provide the same level of service to the next customer. I always try to thank him but he is already helping the next person. Today, he wasn't at his station until I had scanned my box and he came rushing over to help me finish my return. This guy is AMAZING. I also have to say that the others working here are wonderful also. At the holidays, I had to pick up several boxes at once and the young man working helped me carry them all to my car.

  Nate is awesome! I came in late in the day with a package I needed to return to Amazon and Nate was super happy to help. It took me a while to figure things out in my end, but he was patient and very willing to help. Bump this dude's pay up 💪💪
